We are looking for 4 new designs for a line we will call ‘Austin Culture’. Use your creative style to design art that reflects your feelings about what you love most about Austin. Is it the music scene? The beauty? The people? Put it into your art. 

The winner’s designs will be printed on American Apparel tees and sold online, wholesale and in the local Storyville shop on Guadalupe.

There will be 4 winners, each will win:

$250 cash

 2 shirts with their design on it

Artists will design their own hangtag

Artist will be given full recognition for their designs!

At least one of the 4 artists will be given an opportunity to design a line with Thriving Ink!

 All art must be submitted in a pdf or jpeg. Winning final artwork in Adobe illustrator or other vector format, and have any color separations done.

Contest starts today! Deadline for SUBMISSIONS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO: Nov. 12, 2008.

Semifinalists will be chosen by Thriving Ink. In-store voting for the winners will take place on Saturday, Nov. 15^th and Sunday, Nov. 16^th at Storyville  2001A Guadalupe St. – 1-512-478-0000. 

So, come in and vote for your favorite!

Winners will be announced by email and at Storyville on Nov. 18^th. Winning designs will be for sale at Storyville around November 27^th.
