Our very own Matt Dronkers turns the big 19 today! 

 Matt will spend his Birthday with darling girlfriend Zoe from California, friends Gabe and Josh from Storyville, and family today in Austin.  

 We plan on stuffing his face with his favorite Teriyaki Chicken Burgers and Banana Cake.

We are looking for 4 new designs for a line we will call ‘Austin Culture’. Use your creative style to design art that reflects your feelings about what you love most about Austin. Is it the music scene? The beauty? The people? Put it into your art. 

The winner’s designs will be printed on American Apparel tees and sold online, wholesale and in the local Storyville shop on Guadalupe.

There will be 4 winners, each will win:

$250 cash

 2 shirts with their design on it

Artists will design their own hangtag

Artist will be given full recognition for their designs!

At least one of the 4 artists will be given an opportunity to design a line with Thriving Ink!

 All art must be submitted in a pdf or jpeg. Winning final artwork in Adobe illustrator or other vector format, and have any color separations done.

Semifinalists will be chosen by Thriving Ink. In-store voting for the winners will take place on Saturday, Nov. 15^th and Sunday, Nov. 16^th at Storyville  2001A Guadalupe St. – 1-512-478-0000.

This week was a great one for the Democrats. It started off on October 2nd in St. Louis, Missouri,  with the Vice Presidential national debate. Joe Biden was clearly the dominant speaker in this debate. It was also voted by America that Biden was indeed the winner of the debate. Click the link for the poll details.
